Why Self Care is Important

Despite the whole world slowing down and reflecting during the COVID-19 pandemic, many of us have now found ourselves caught back in the rat race of life. This has sent many of our self-care routines back to the wayside once again.

Studies have shown that we are likely to make decisions that align with our well-being when we take the time to devote to our self-care. Not just that, self-care is a form of self-love. It’s about learning to embrace our feelings, prioritizing our physical, emotional, and mental health and in some cases cleansing ourselves when life gets overwhelming.
